Dru Yoga is a peaceful style of Yoga based on flowing movements that are directed by the breath and visualisation. It is suitable for "every" body and works with asanas, sequences, pranayama and relaxation/meditation.
We use Energy Block Releases as a series of movements that help to release blocked energy from the body. Dru Yoga foundations are set deeply in ancient yogic tradition and it provides a rejuvinating mind body spirit connection to help you heal from our modern day restrictive conditions.

Yoga for Pregnant Mums: This is a specialised class type that is not included with the membership option at this stage.
