We will practice a divine sequence of Energy Block Release 7 which will help you switch off the nervous system and become present in your body, finishing with a beautiful Yoga Nidra sound bath.
Cost is $30 and includes a homemade chai tea and ayurvedic Halva to enliven your taste buds!
